Pregnancy Navigation
A new pregnancy can be exciting and overwhelming. We’ll help you navigate the finer points, like how to choose a provider and birth facility that makes sense for you, how to organize and accomplish all of those to-dos before babe’s arrival (especially the ones that aren’t mentioned in the baby books), and how to advocate for yourself and find the support you need to have an empowered pregnancy and birth.

Creating your registry can be one of the most exciting parts of your pregnancy. It can also be one of the most daunting. Wading through advertisements and “paid partnerships,” researching what’s safe and what isn’t, and knowing what you truly need can leave you feeling exhausted. We take the guesswork out of safe, practical, and minimal registries with the exacting attention and experience of a neonatal nurse and parent.

The Planner’s Week by Week Guide to Pregnancy
You’re pregnant… congrats! Now what? We all know about prenatal vitamins, pregnancy apps, and baby showers, but what about all of those other important items to accomplish before babe arrives? Whether you’ve just found out you’re pregnant or you’re in the home stretch, we’ll help you make sure you’ve crossed your Ts and dotted your Is so you aren’t scrambling in the postpartum haze. In this one-on-one consult, we’ll meet you where you are in your pregnancy and establish a weekly plan to set you up for pregnancy success.

We’re with you every step of the way, from prenatal consults and education to help weaning your toddler (and everything in between). Our Return to Work Lactation Consultation is designed to help you create a personalized and sustainable plan to continue your breastfeeding/chestfeeding journey upon your return to work.
During your visit, we will work together to determine your unique needs and challenges, develop a pumping schedule that works for you, discuss your infant's nutritional needs, and learn how to speak to caregivers about feeding your breastfed infant. Our Weaning Lactation Consultation is designed to help you wean from breastfeeding/chestfeeding in a safe and effective manner.
During your visit, we will discuss your reasons for weaning, your timeline to wean, the psychosocial impacts of weaning on you and your child, and your weaning goals in order to promote a smooth and positive transition. You'll receive an individualized care plan tailored to comfortably meet your weaning needs within the desired timeline. Your 45 minute consult also includes 14 days of follow-up support via secure messaging, email, or text.
This service is appropriate for clients who require assistance with full cessation of lactation OR those interested in downregulating milk supply/decreasing number of feedings after their child has reached the age of one year. Please specify your specific weaning needs in the Appointment Request form.

Our daytime services include: evidence-based new parent education; assistance with lactation, as needed; responsive paced bottle feeding or bringing infant to you for breastfeeding; diapering; infant clothing changes, as needed; infant soothing; washing bottle or pump parts; infant laundry; light tidying; and nursery stocking and organization.
Care is available in the Mid-Hudson Valley, Greater NYC, and Bergen County areas.

When it comes to getting those much-needed healing postpartum Zzzs, Partum makes it easy. We bring the expert, credentialed care you trust from the hospital into your home to care for you and your newborn. While others may call themselves newborn nurses, our overnight newborn care is delivered by a professional Registered Nurse and Lactation Consultant specializing in newborns and NICU, so you can rest assured. Care is available in the Kansas City metro area.

Infant and Child CPR
Are you prepared to save a life? According to the American Heart Association, when performed immediately bystander CPR can “double or triple the chance of survival from a cardiac arrest” outside of a hospital. As health professionals and parents, we know infants and children can get themselves into risky circumstances. We’ll prepare you to handle these unlikely, but critical situations with the most up-to-date guidelines for management of choking and cardiac arrest in infants and children.

This class is only available to residents of: Newburgh, Beacon, New Windsor, Cornwall, and West Point, NY.
This class is offered in-home for up to two adult learners. Two additional adult learners may join the class upon request at $65/learner.
